Our primary business is focused on air ticket booking, delivered through our digital platform "Travomint" for self-service customers, and through trained concierge support staff for customers who prefer personalised assistance. We operate a 24x7 multilingual customer support model, accessible via voice, email, and digital messaging platforms.
We serve customers in more than 50 countries and offer payment options in over 150 currencies. Our global operations are supported by a technology team of 60 professionals and 250 trained service representatives.
